Thanks to Daron Dean, I had the pleasure of watching the sun fade behind the horizon and adorn the sky with swirls of deep blues and chalky mauves. I also watched the city come to life - one by one, street lamps radiated with light and cars zoomed past the Spree River.
Let's just say it wouldn't take much for me to sneak unto the 20th floor of an apartment building and camp out for over three hours if it meant I got to see the city painted with such a beautiful array of colors again.
Exploring Victoriapark was also a rather rewarding treat.
Situated on the Tempelhofer Berge range, the urban park also includes a 24- meter high waterfall which rushes down to the foot of the mountain at the confluence of Großbeerenstraße and Kreuzbergstraße.
There were several people enjoying a picnic amongst the rocks and enjoying the view at the top of the National monument for the Liberation Wars. There was even someone meditating.
